Terms of Service

By using Invoice Follow-Up ("the Service") you agree to these terms.

The Service

We send scheduled email reminders about unpaid invoices you add, to client email addresses you provide, on your behalf. You confirm you have a genuine commercial relationship with each client you add and the right to contact them about the invoice.

Acceptable use

• No fake, disputed-in-bad-faith, or harassment invoices.
• No using the Service to send spam or content unrelated to a real invoice.
• We may suspend accounts that abuse the Service or generate complaints.

Plans and billing

7-day free trial, then Starter ₹199/month (3 active invoices) or Unlimited ₹499/month, billed via Razorpay. Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Liability

The Service sends reminders; it does not guarantee payment by your clients and is not a debt-collection or legal service. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding month.

Termination

You can stop using the Service anytime. On subscription expiry, reminders stop; your data can be deleted on request.
