Subscriptions are monthly with no lock-in. To cancel, simply do not renew, or email us and we will stop the next billing; reminders continue until the paid period ends.
If the Service failed to work as promised (e.g., reminders for a tracked invoice were not sent due to our fault), email us within 7 days of the charge and we will refund that month in full to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
Refunds are not provided merely because a client did not pay an invoice — the Service sends reminders; payment remains between you and your client.
