We collect the minimum needed to run the Service.

What we collect

Your name and email (account).
Invoice details you add: client name, client email, invoice number, amount, due date.
Basic anonymous usage events on our site (page views, clicks) with a random session id. We also use the Google Ads conversion tag to measure whether visitors from our own Google search ads reach a signup — ad personalization signals are disabled; we run no remarketing and sell no data.

How we use it

Only to operate the Service: sending the reminders you request, service emails to you, and improving the product. We never sell data, never market to your clients, and email your clients only about the specific invoice you added.

Where it lives

Data is stored with our infrastructure providers (Supabase — database, Brevo — email delivery) under their security controls.

Your rights

Email us to access or delete your data; deletion removes your account, invoices and event history.
